Customer Service – Travel Consultant with French

.Following the expansion of our business, we are strengthening our Teams
in Warsaw and Białystok (Poland).

Responsibilities:

  • Advising and completing the hotel reservations for business clients via iAlbatros platform ensuring compliance with the client’s travel policy,
  • Delivering excellent customer service including telephone and mail etiquette,
  • Providing 1st level of support for travelers and travel arrangers.

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of experience in customer service (knowledge of Travel sector or reservation systems would be an asset),
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Fluency in French and English,
  • Problem-solving skills,
  • Stress resistance and ability to work effectively under deadlines,
  • Other languages proficiency (i.e. Portuguese, Spanish, German, Chinese) would be an asset.
